My name is Robert Yahner and I am Registrar for Fine Arts here at the National Arts Club and on behalf of the President, The Board of Governors and the Fine Arts Committee, it is my pleasure to welcome the Russian American Foundation back to the galleries of The National Arts Club.

 

It is a further pleasure and a privilege to have the work of Ella Kogan displayed in our galleries. Ella Kogan is a visionary artist - very much at one with her imagination and instinct. It is fortunate for us, her audience, that this artist’s vision envelopes a wide scope of humanity and that the vitality of her inner creativity is transmitted effortlessly into her hands…and to our consciousness.

 

Her musical background enhances every aspect of her art - as she generously allows us to enjoy space, movement, gesture, silence, suspension, and a dynamic and natural balance between nature and imagination…..always authentic and without hesitation.
